First and foremost Mezesha Entertainment would like to thankyou for the continued support of our events and most of all the great year wehave had so far including 3 major concerts ( Half Pint, Nonini, Warrior King),and several special events alongside our regular club nights. We are committedto bringing you the best in quality entertainment.....and would greatly valueany feedback from you.
If you have never heard of Safari, it is a concept we cameup with to create a monthly event which fused the best of music from theAfrican to the Caribbean as well as Urban American tunes. Minneapolis/St Paulis a very diverse metropolitan environment and residents come from far and wideglobally hence it is common to hear of a Caribbean party here or a Nigerianparty there...to a Somali party on this end of town to a Kenyan one on theother end of town in addition to the regular hip-hop and RnB nights e.t.c. Thiswas all basis for the creation of Safari: An Afro- Caribbean Experience wherebyrevelers would have the opportunity to not only party to a wide variety ofmusic genres but also to mingle with individuals from various backgrounds in amature and classy environment. Since its premier in December 2007, the monthlyevent has proven to be a major success and highly on demand mostly based on thefact that every month we have various guest deejays who bring with themdifferent vibes.
The next Safari Night is this coming Saturday Sept 27th atLa Bodega Tapas Lounge, 3005 Lyndale Ave S. Minneapolis (Junction of LyndaleAve and Lake Street). The event will be hosted by Dj Xpect and special guestsDeejays for this month's Safari Night are: Dj Hustla, Diamond Don Sound, DjDan, and Dj Cape. They will be rocking you with a wide variety of tunes fromAfrican to Reggae, Hip-hop and RnB, Old Skool, and more.

Doors Open 10pm
